How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order and typically take 2–5 business days to be produced. Shipping time is estimated at 5–10 business days for standard delivery and 4–7 business days for express shipping.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend reviewing the size chart provided in each product listing before placing your order. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
Can I cancel or change my order?
