At Doodle-n-Dye, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our Contact page or by emailing doodleanddye@gmail.com . We will gladly work with you to make it right, including a replacement or refund when appropriate.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

Once we review your request, we will coordinate with our production partner to find the best solution.
